Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and peak periods.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking
Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct one.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or refund you.
